Deliveries


We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders shipped within the UK.

Our UK orders will be sent via a nominated courier service and can be tracked.

All orders will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.

For all other delivery destinations an international delivery charge of £20.00 is applied to your order.

Please note that any additional tolls, taxes or other fees related to international shipments will not be included in our shipment cost.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.


Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receipt.

Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and then you can arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us. All returns where possible should be sent via a tracked or recorded delivery method to avoid disputes. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, please ensure you keep the returns receipt and code safe, so you can track your order.

International returns: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods' or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse.

Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation and a completed Returns Form.

It is very important when you return an item that we know the order number to which it relates, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.

If you require a different size or colour of the same item, please indicate so in your Returns Form. If the new size/ colour is unavailable we will refund your payment and email you to inform you of this.

If you want a different item, you will need to return the unsuitable item for a refund and place a new order.

We cannot refund the cost of return shipments where the reason for return is exchange or unsuitability, only where an item is shown to be defective can we refund shipment costs. Proof of return shipping costs will be required if a refund is to be issued and this only applies to damaged or defective goods. We will only refund standard postage charges for items delivered outside the UK.

It’s really important to us that your order is correct and is received in the best condition. Please contact us at info@abenzi.co.uk quoting your order number within 14 days of receipt to resolve any issues and advise on the best course of action.

Please note, it is imperative that each individual garment's washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.

In certain cases photographic proof of product may be required. Any loss or defect caused as a result of garment misuse voids the returns policy.

Upon receipt of the item we will inspect the garment to determine if it has been subject to damage by misuse. Once this has been deemed acceptable we will refund the cost of the item or process the exchange it but NOT reimburse the buyer for the cost of returning the item back to us.

All refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
